A Study on Countermeasures for Promoting Scientific Data Sharing in China

摘要本文提出了促进我国科学数据共享的七条对策,包括确立科学数据管理与共享的战略地位、加大科学数据增值利用的力度、加强科学数据管理的政策法规体系建设、出台科研项目的科学数据管理规定、强化大学和科研院所科学数据管理功能、培养科学数据管理的相关人才、转变图书馆在科研活动中的角色等。 This paper proposes seven countermeasures to promote scientific data sharing in China that include to establish the strategic importance of scientific data management; to increase the intensity of value-added use of scientific data; to strengthen construction of scientific data management policies and regulations system; to unveil some regulations of scientific data management by publicly funding agencies; to strengthen scientific data management functions of universities and research institutions; to train professionals of scientific data management; to change the role of libraries in scientific research activities.
