裂解炉系统节能优化潜力分析

ANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL FOR ENERGY SAVING OPTIMIZATION OF CRACKING FURNACE SYSTEM

摘要 针对广州乙烯裂解炉建设早,存在技术落后、能耗高、与现有裂解原料不匹配等问题,从设计、工艺运行及新技术应用等方面进行分析,同时结合以往装置节能改造情况,对裂解炉目前存在的在节能降耗方面突出问题,主要围绕如何降低裂解炉燃料、蒸汽消耗及电力消耗等提出再优化裂解炉空气预热器热源、改造风机、降低排烟温度等措施,降低裂解炉动力消耗。优化措施实施后,能降低裂解装置能耗(标油)10 kg/t乙烯以上。 The cracking furnace in the ethylene plant in Guangzhou,which was built many years ago,had some problems including lagging behind in technology,high energy consumption and not matching with the existing cracking feedstock. This paper analyzes the engineering design,process operation and the application of new technologies for the cracking furnace,reviews the energy saving modification of the ethylene plant in the past, focuses on the outstanding issues of the cracking furnace in energy saving and consumption reduction,and puts forward some measures including optimizing the heat source of air preheater, revamping the fan and reducing the exhaust flue gas temperature for lower fuel,steam and power consumption of the cracking furnace. These optimization measures can reduce the energy consumption of the ethylene plant by more than ten kilograms of standard oil per ton of ethylene.
