摘要
建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定蛇皮果中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb等多个无机元素的分析方法。采用硝酸+双氧水为混合酸消解样品,用超纯水稀释消解液后进行测定,优化了仪器的工作条件,确定了各待测元素的分析线,选择内标元素Y补偿了待测元素光谱信号的漂移,克服了基体效应,保持了分析过程的稳定性。各待测元素的检出限在0.08~22.35μg/L之间,采用国际标准物质(NIST SRM1515)考察了分析方法的准确性,结果显示所测结果与标准物质的参考值基本一致,RSD在1.3%~6.7%之间。方法能实现蛇皮果中多种无机元素的快速准确测定。
Microwave digestion procedures have been tested on snake fruit samples for application in the determination of inorganic element (Na, Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb) by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The sample was digested by HNO3+H2O2 followed by dilution with ultrapure water then the above 10 elements in the solution were analyzed directly by ICP-OES. The working parameters of the instrument were optimized. Appropriate analysis line of various elements was selected. Y as internal standard element was used to compensate matrix effect and signal drift, and the stability of the instrument was improved. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits was 0.08-22.35 μg/L. The accuracy of this method was confirmed by reference standard materials (NIST SRM 1515, apple leaves). The results showed a good agreement between measured and certified values for all analytical elements. This method was simple, sensitive and precise and can perform simultaneous multi-elements determination of snake fruit.
