深圳市公共交通无障碍体系规划探索与实践 被引量:7

摘要 在深圳创建全国无障碍示范城市的背景下,首先分析了全市公共交通无障碍环境特征和主要受益群体出行诉求,总结和归纳了无障碍理念发展演变过程。在无障碍整体理念架构指导下制定了深圳市公共交通无障碍规划体系,其涵盖了常规公共交通系统、轨道交通及枢纽、公交无障碍导盲系统、无障碍出租车系统、慢行环境及公交无障碍标识等方面。在宏观层面确定了深圳市公共交通无障碍体系规划目标和发展策略;在中观层面制定了深圳市公共交通无障碍体系规划指引,将公共交通各层面无障碍设施要素进行系统整合,形成了完整、系统的无障碍公共交通体系;在微观层面结合深圳实际提出适宜深圳的技术设计指引,以作为协同落实的管理依据。 Under the background of Shenzhen establishing a national transport barrier-free city, firstlythe barrier-free transport characteristics in the city and the main beneficiary groups trip demands areanalyzed, development and evolution process of barrier-free concept is summarized. A master plan systemfor barrier-free public transport is developed under the guidance of the overall conceptual framework,including regular public transport system, rail transport and hub, bus accessible guide system, thebarrier-free taxi system, slow traffic environment and public transport barrier-free identification system,etc. Public transport barrier-free system planning obiectives and development strategies are determined onthe macro level~ Shenzhen Public transport barrier-free system planning guidelines are developed from themeso level, all levels barrier-free facilities elements of public transport are systematically integrated,complete and systematic barrier-free public transportation system is formed; appropriate technical designguidelines for Shenzhen are put forward combining with the actual situation of Shenzhen from the microlevel, as the management basis of collaborative implementation.
