摘要
根据就业能力的内涵及构成因素,设计出信息管理与信息系统专业就业能力调查问卷。通过调查分析,按照评价数据的科学性、全面性、综合性、代表性和相关性等原则[1,2],从大学毕业生的基础能力、专业技术能力及发展能力三个方面,构建出信息管理与信息系统专业本科生就业能力的多层次综合指标体系;并根据指标体系,从学生、高校两个方面提出信息管理与信息系统专业本科生就业能力培养的措施及建议,以期为高校培养信息管理与信息系统专业本科生就业能力提供参考依据。
Employability questionnaire for Information Management and Information System undergraduates is designed according to the connotation and constituent elements of employability. Through investigation and analysis, multileveled comprehensive index system of Information Management and Information System undergraduates' core employability is constructed from the perspective of basic ability, professional ability and development ability of graduate students, which is in accordance with the scientific principle, comprehensive principle, representative principle and relevance principle of the evaluation data. According to index system, core employability cultivation measures and recommendations are proposed from the perspectives of students as well as universities in order to present reference for cultivating core employability of Information Management and Information System undergraduates.
