摘要
由于我国地区经济文化发展不平衡,学校管理机制之间的绩效差异,作为高校英语教学和科研中坚力量的青年英语教师,其科研能力也是参差不齐.本文以北方民族大学为例,分析了民族院校青年英语教师的科研现状,以及在培养青年英语教师科研能力的过程中,学校管理机制方面存在的问题,提出了通过完善教师科研考评、激励和监督机制;搭建校内外平台,促进教师科研学习和交流;以及加快建设并完善青年教师科研团队的方式来促进民族院校青年英语教师的科研素养,实现高质量英语人才的培养.
Dissemination and innovation of knowledge are the two main tasks of university teachers. Knowledge innovation,which refers to the research ability,is decisive to the strength and long-term devel-opment of a university.However,because of the deficient administrative mechanism,young English teachers,who are the powerful force of a university teaching and research,have a weak research ability. With Beifang University for Ethnics as an example,the present young English teachers’research situation in ethnic university has been studied in this paper to find out the problems appeared in administrative mechanism when university are cultivating research-oriented young English teachers.The following ways are proposed to cultivate research-oriented young English teachers:perfecting the appraisal,incentive and supervisory mechanism;building platforms for teachers to do research study and communication.
