摘要
[目的]了解中年高血压病人自我效能与自我管理行为、健康状况的相关性。[方法]运用自我效能、自我管理行为、高血压健康状况问卷,对就诊于郑州市某综合性医院心血管内科的200例中年高血压病人进行调查。[结果]自我效能低分(总分<40分)组与高分(总分≥40分)组比较:自我管理行为总分为(40.79±5.96)分比(48.95±6.40)分,健康状况总分为(59.20±8.18)分比(63.02±8.58)分,差异有统计学意义;自我效能和自我管理行为总分呈正相关(r=0.680),与健康状况总分呈正相关(r=0.349)(P均<0.01)。[结论]中年高血压病人的自我效能与自我管理行为、健康状况密切相关,可通过干预增强病人的自我效能,从而提高自我管理行为,改善健康状况。
Objective:To know about the correlation between self-efficacy and self-management behavior and health status of mid-aged hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 200 middle-aged hypertensive patients were investigated who saw doctor in department of cardiovascular medicine in a general hospital in Zhengzhou city by using the scale of self-efficacy,selfmanagement behaviors and hypertension health status questionnaire.Results:Significant differences were found between low self-efficacy group(total score<40)and high self-efficacy group(total score ≥40),total score of self-management behaviors was respectively 40.79±5.96and 48. 95±6.40in low self-efficacy group(total score<40)and high self-efficacy group(total score≥40),and score of health status was respectively 59.20 ±8.18and 63.02±8.58,there was statistically significant difference between them.The total self-efficacy score was positively correlated with total self-management behaviors score(r=0.680)and positively correlated with health status(r=0.349)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of self-efficacy of mid-aged hypertensive patients was closely associated with their self-management behaviors and health status.Intervention can enhance the self-efficacy of patients,and then to enhance their self-management behaviors and improve their health status.
