摘要
简述了水泥工业的铬公害问题,回顾了水泥窑用无铬碱性耐火材料的研究,详述了镁钙、镁铝、镁铁铝系耐火材料的技术,分析了提高耐火材料抗热震和挂窑皮性能的原理,研讨了通过改善制造工艺和使用条件来延长耐火材料寿命的措施,展望了水泥窑用无铬碱性耐火材料的未来,并对其发展提出了建议。
The chrome pollution of cement industry was introduced briefly ,the research on chrome free basic refractories for cement kilns was reviewed ,the production technologies of magnesia calcia, magnesium aluminate spinel and magnesia hercynite refractories were specified,the principles to improve thermal shock resistance and coating adhesiveness of refractories were analyzed ,the measures to extend service life by improving production technology and service conditions of refractories were put forward, the future of chrome free refractories was expected and some developing suggestions were given.
