摘要
研究了新型橡胶促进剂PBM的合成 ,结果表明最佳合成条件为丙酮和间苯二胺用量的质量比为 4 .5,三乙胺和间苯二胺用量的摩尔比为 0 .12 ,反应温度为 4 5℃ ,反应时间第一次反应为 30min ,第二次反应为 3.5h 由最佳反应条件合成的PBM的产率为 91%左右
The synthesis and application of N,N' meta phenylene bis maleimide (PBM) as rubber accelerant had been investigated.The optimal reaction condditions of synthesis have been studied systematically under which the yield of product was 91%.Its application as accelerant for rubber crosslinking in EPDM have been studied preliminarily.
