摘要
运用分解重构原理,把管棒材曲面在本身坐标系下离散后,将离散点转换到矫直辊坐标系下再重新构造出管棒材表面,再利用截面法求出辊型曲面. 这种求解方法,可以求出管棒材在矫直辊中间为任意形状时,较为理想的矫直辊的辊型曲面. 并且它适用于各种辊系的矫直机上的矫直辊的设计,也可以求二轧辊及斜轧辊的辊型. 该方法是一种适用于CAD的计算方法.
With the principle of resolving reconstructing, we disperse the curved surface of pipe and bar as a variety of points in its own coordinate and then reconstruct this dispersed curved surface by tranforming the dispersed points in the coordinate of the straightening roller. According to the way of cross section, we find the curved surface of roller shape. In this solution, we can find more ideal curved surface of the straightening rollers while the pipe and bar are in any shapes between the straightening rollers. This method is suitable for the design of rollers of all straightening machines with all series of rollers. With this solution, we can also find the shapes of the twin roller and that of slant rollers. This method is a suitable calculating solution for CAD.
