原发腹膜后少见肿瘤的影像鉴别诊断 被引量:6

摘要 腹膜后间隙指腹膜后部壁层与后腹壁腹横筋膜间的区域,分为肾前间隙、肾周间隙、。肾后间隙和大血管间隙四部分。原发性腹膜后肿瘤相对少见(不含腹膜后脏器肿瘤),其发病率占全身肿瘤的0.07%-2%,但70%~80%为恶性,占全身恶性肿瘤的0.1%~0.2%。原发腹膜后常见肿瘤表现典型诊断不难,但对于少见肿瘤或部分肿瘤的不典型表现,影像鉴别困难,增强对此类肿瘤认识,提高术前诊断准确率对治疗有重要指导意义。
