摘要
在系统总结科研管理制度设计理念、运行机制及实践效用的基础上,进一步分析了现阶段大学(尤其是地方大学)人文社会科学研究由"数量提高"向"质量提升"、"外延拓展"向"内涵建设"转型的必要性和可行性,并从"文化校园建设""师资队伍建设"和"社会服务"等多维视角详细阐释了大学科研管理转型的理念创新、具体内涵、实现路径、困难预期、应对举措等。
Based on a reflective summary of the design concept, mechanism, and utility of the management of the university-based research in social sciences and humanities, the interview is intended to be a rethinking of the necessity and feasibility of shifts in the management, namely, the shift of focus from quantity to quality, and from extension to intension. From the perspectives of the building of a culture-rich campus, faculty development and community services, it also elaborates upon the concept, inclusion, realizations, obstacles and countermeasures of, during or for the shifts in question.
