磁致伸缩换能系统弹簧的分析和讨论 被引量:5

摘要 本文对磁致伸缩换能系统弹簧的特点、作用进行了系统地分析与讨论 ,指出了阶跃段磁致伸缩力 Fm 与位移 X存在线性关系 ,并通过试验证明了减小弹簧刚度可明显改善系统输出 ,针对不同预压力及相关条件设计碟簧参数 ,使 f - x曲线尽量平直。 The characters and actions of springs applied to magnetostrictive transducer system are analyzed and discussed systematically. It is sponsored that magnetostrictive force in order jump section \%F\-m\% and displacement \%x\% are characterized by linear relationship. It is proved by experiment that the system output can be visibly improved by reducing spring stiffness and therefore, according to precompression and relative conditions, the plate spring data should be designed to make the curve \%f-x\% as possible as flat and straight.
