摘要
以酒店前厅与客房管理课程为例,分析该课程基于工作过程系统化课程改革的思路和课程建设情况,对重新修订酒店管理专业人才培养方案做有益的探索。
Taking the curriculum of Management of Hotel Front Office and Guest Room, the article analyzed the thoughts of curriculum reform of work process systematization and conditions of curriculum construction. Meanwhile, it did a research on revising the talent training program of the major of hotel management.
