汽车接插件精密注射模设计

Design of precision injection mould for automobile connector

摘要 根据汽车接插件插口小且多的特点,着重分析研究了模具的浇注系统、成型零件、冷却系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统,设计了动作稳定、质量可靠的模具结构。通过采用潜伏式浇口、组合式型芯、扁推杆和分型面锥面定位结构,塑件的成型质量、尺寸精度和注射周期都达到了客户要求。 The structure of a mould for an automobile connector was characteristics of the product with small and more sockets. The parts, cooling system, guide locating system and demoulding system cused on. The submarine gate, combined core, flat ejector pin and designed based on the gating system, forming of the mould was foconical locating struc-ture for parting line were applied.
