摘要 利用Deform软件对微型齿轮进行挤压成形模拟分析,优化了模具结构和成形条件,采用组合法设计模数m=0.125 mm、压力角A=20°、齿数z=6、齿顶圆直径d=1 mm微型齿轮热挤压模,采用H62黄铜坯料在650℃的等温条件下正向热挤压,得到质量良好的微型齿轮。 Simulation analysis was made on the extrusion forming of a micro-gear by using the Deform software to optimize the key die structure and forming conditions. A hot extru- sion die for the micro-gear with modulus m=0.125 mm, pressure angle A=20°, tooth number z=6 and addendum circle diameter d=l mm was designed by splitting method in which H62 brass was used as the blank and positive hot extrusion was applied under 650 ℃ of isothermal conditions.
