湖南某石煤钒矿选煤选钒的探索试验 被引量:7

Experimental Study on Coal and Vanadium Separation from Vanadium-containing Carbonaceous Shale from a Mine in Hunan Province

摘要 研究了采用重选脱硫-浮选选煤-浮选选钒工艺处理湖南某石煤钒矿的效果。结果表明:该石煤钒矿在磨矿细度为-0.074mm矿粒占90%条件下,通过重选脱硫-一粗二扫选煤的试验流程,得到含固定碳20.61%、钒0.57%(即V2O5品位约1.02%)、硫2.57%的煤精矿,其发热值是原矿的2.57倍;选煤尾矿经浮选得到含钒0.62%(即V2O5品位约1.11%)的钒精矿。该石煤钒矿经过脱硫-选煤-选钒工艺处理后,固定碳、钒均可得到一定程度的富集,但富集比均较低,属于难选石煤钒矿。 Study is made on the effects of the process of sulfur gravity separation-coal flotation-vanadium flotation on the processing of the vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale from a mine in Hunan province.The results show that with the grinding fineness of -0.074mm 90%,the coal concentrate with 20.61% fixed carbon,0.57% vanadium(i.e.,V2O5 grade of 1.02%)and 2.57% sulfur can be obtained from the vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale through sulfur gravity separation and one-stage roughing and twostage scavenging flotation,and its calorific value is 2.57 times that of the raw ore.The vanadium concentrate with 0.62% vanadium(i.e.,V2O5 grade of 1.11%)can be obtained by flotation from coal floatation tailing.The fixed carbon and vanadium in the vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale can be enriched in a certain degree through sulfur removal-coal flotation-vanadium flotation,but the two enrichment ratios are relatively low,indicating that the ore is refractory.
