摘要 以新台糖22号和粤糖96-86甘蔗为试验对象,通过盆栽和大田试验相结合,研究了不同水分处理下甘蔗叶片水势和冠层反射光谱的变化规律及其相互关系。结果表明,甘蔗叶水势随土壤含水率的降低和植株的生长发育而降低;不同水分处理下甘蔗冠层光谱反射曲线的波峰与波谷总体趋势是一致的,可见光和近红外波段冠层反射率的大小为CK<L处理<M处理<S处理,其中550、970和1 200nm波段是响应土壤水分的敏感波段;NDVI1、GVMI4和VI1与土壤水分的相关性最好,其中基于VI1和NDVI1的模型的决定系数分别为0.68和0.66;对这2个模型的预测效果进行检验,决定系数分别为0.90和0.87。 The variations of canopy spectral reflectance feature and leaf water potential and their relationships were analyzed under different water treatments through pot experiments and field experiments. Theresults showed that leaf water potential decreased with the decreases of soil moisture and the growth ofsugareane〈 The general trends of the peaks and valleys in spectral curve were consistent under differentwater treatments, the canopy reflectance was that CK〈L treatment〈M treatment〈S treatment in thevisible band and near-infrared band, and the bands of 550 nm, 970 nm and 1 200 nm were the sensitivebands in response to soil moisture; There were the best correlations between soil moisture and NDVI1,GVMI4 and VI1, and the coefficients of determination were 0.68 and 0.66 for leaf water potential modelsbased on VI1 and NDVI1. The prediction effects of the two models were tested, and the coefficients of determination were 0.90 and 0.87, respectively.
