摘要
介绍了护理人力资源配置的意义,从按床护比配置、按病人分类系统/评分系统配置、按护理工作量配置3个方面综述了国内外护理人力资源配置研究现状并进行了展望。
It introduced the significance of nursing human resource configu-ration,and reviewed the research status quo of nursing human resource configuration from three aspects including configuration based on bed nur-ses ratio,configuration based on patient classification system and score sys-tem and configuration based on nursing workload.At last,it proposed the prospect.
