摘要
HAZOP(危险及可操作性分析)作为对装置的设计和操作进行危害识别的有效手段,在西气东输项目中开展了广泛的应用。为此,在对HAZOP的原理和工作流程进行简要介绍的基础上,结合西气东输三线霍尔果斯首站的具体实例,对HAZOP方法及其在输气站场危害识别及评价中的应用进行了分析和探讨,提出了增加安全设施、调整工艺流程等相关改进措施及建议。这些建议及要求能够促使操作人员对于单元中的工艺过程及设备有更加深入的了解,以增强职工安全防范意识,且HAZOP的分析结果为设备设施的日常生产与维护以及装置的安全管理也提供了参考。
HAZOP( Hazard and Operability Analysis),as an effective measure of hazard identification to the design and operation of devices,had been used widely in the West to East gas pipeline project. For this,on the basis of briefly introduction of HAZOP's principle and workflow,this paper combined the specific example of the Third West to East gas pipeline project Horgos initial station,analyzed and discussed the HAZOP measure and its use in the gas station hazard identification and assessment,proposed some countermeasures and suggestions such as adding security facilities,adjusting technological process,etc. These suggestions and requirements can make operators have a deeper understanding of the process and equipment in the units,and enhance employees' safety awareness. Also,HAZOP's analysis result had offered some references for the equipment daily production and maintenance and devices security management.
