摘要
针对目前我国汽车电子电磁兼容检测标准、检测方法和现状,给出了电磁兼容数值仿真分析的基础理论模型,并基于仿真软件CST建立了标准规定的汽车控制器线束的辐射发射测试仿真分析模型。通过仿真模型对控制器线束周围电磁场的分布情况进行了分析,研究了屏蔽、滤波和可靠接地对控制器电磁兼容特性的影响,提出了通过抑制线束上的电流振荡有效减小其辐射电场强度的方法。该电磁场数值仿真技术的应用解决了传统测试方法周期长、费用高的问题。
According to the current automotive EMC test stabdard, methods and test status in China, the basic theoretical model of EMC numerical simulation is presented in this paper, and based on simulation software CST, an automotive controller wire harness simulation and analysis model is established. The distribution of electromagnetic field around the wire harness has been studied with the simulation model. With the help of simulation model, the effect of shielding, filtering and reliable grounding on controller EMC property has been studied. It is proposed in this paper to suppress current oscillation in the wire harness to effectively reduce radiation electric field intensity. With the application of this EM field numerical simulation technology, the shortcomings of traditional test method such as prolonged test cycle and overhigh expense are eliminated.
