摘要
目的：探讨脂肪肝患者血清铁蛋白（ SF）水平升高的意义。方法：回顾分析自2009年1月～2012年12月在我院健康体检的脂肪肝及检测SF患者734例，分成男、女性SF正常组与SF升高组，并分析比较。结果：脂肪肝好发于40～60年龄段的中年人群中，且该年龄段男性脂肪肝患者SF升高明显高于女性脂肪肝患者；而男女性患者中40～60岁年龄段SF升高组与正常组比较，其患病人数及SF升高值均高于其他年龄段，经统计学处理有显著差异（ P＜0.05）。结论： SF测定可作为脂肪肝的实验室检查项目，我们认为脂肪肝是SF升高的临床解释之一。
Objective To study the significance with elevated levels of serum iron protein （ SF） in patients with fatty liver.Meth-ods： retrospective analysis from 2009 January to 2012 December in 734 cases of fatty liver health examination in our hospital and pa-tients to detect SF , which divided into SF normal group and SF increased group of male and female , and did comparative analysis.Re-sults：SF increased in male patients of the age in 40-60 significantly higher than that in female patients with fatty liver;the male and female patients aged 40-60 SF increased compared with the normal group , the number and SF value were higher than their his age , which had statistically significant difference （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion：SF can be measured with fatty liver as laboratory project selec-tion, suggested that the fatty liver disease as one explanation in increased SF.
