摘要
目的比较不同护理方式对慢性肾功能衰竭患者情绪的影响。方法选择该院收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机均分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理)。使用SDS、SAS和SCL-90评分对两组患者的情绪状况进行评定。结果观察组患者SDS和SAS评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除"敌意"和"恐怖"两项外,观察组SCL-90评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可显著改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪,有利于提高治疗效果和生存质量。
Objective To compare the effect of different care approaches on the mood of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group（routine nursing） and the observation group（integrated nursing）. SDS, SAS and SCL-90 scores were used to evaluate the emotional status of the patients. Results The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Except ＂hostility＂ and ＂terror＂ these two items, the SCL-90 score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated care can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and other negative emotional status of the patients with chronic renal failure. It helps improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
