摘要 在电力系统中温度是重要参数,它直接影响设备的工作性能。目前电力系统中采用的温度测量设备存在自动化程度低、配线复杂、可靠性差等问题。文中介绍一种无线测温装置,该装置由温度测量模块、温度收集单元、上位机软件三部分构成,其中温度收集单元是核心模块。温度收集单元的核心是MSP430单片机,其利用多级菜单完成数据存储、温度显示、系统参数设置,并通过MODBUS协议上传数据等工作。实验室测试表明该无线测温装置在电力系统温度测量中具有自动化程度高、配线简单、可靠性强等的特点。 In electric system, the temperature is an important parameter which can directly influence the working performance of power equipment. The temperature measuring devices currently used in the electric system usually have the problem of low degree of automation,complex wiring and poor reliability. This paper introduces a wireless temperature measuring device which is composed of the temperature measuring module, the temperature collection unit and the PC software. And the temperature collection unit is the most important part of the device. The temperature collection unit whose core is the MSP430 single chip microcomputer uses the multilevel menu to storage data, display temperature, set parameter and transfer data with MODBUS. The laboratory tests show that the wireless temperature measuring device which is used in the temperature measurement of electric system has the characteristics of high degree of automation, simple wiring, strong reliability.
