摘要
针对传统的矿井通风机故障监测传感器节点精度低、布线复杂、功耗大的缺点,设计了一种基于Zigbee的故障在线监测节点。节点以STM32W108为核心,采用压电式加速度传感器HK9101-J采集振动数据和铂热电阻Pt100采集温度数据,经信号调理电路后供片内ADC采集,利用IAR EWARM工具设计了Zigbee协议栈,实现数据无线传输。实验表明:该节点可在线监测矿井通风机振动信号,无线通信功能安全可靠。
In view of low accuracy, complicated wiring and great power consumption of the traditional mine ventilator faults monitoring sensor node, this paper designs a faults on-line monitoring node based on ZIGBEE. Node with STM32W108 as the core, adopts the piezoelectric acceleration sensor HK9101 - J to collect vibration data and Pt100 to gather temperature. After signal conditioning circuits, data is collected by on-chip ADC. It uses the IAR EWARM tools to design ZIGBEE protocol stack and realizes data wireless transmission. Experiments show that the node can be on-line monitor vibration signals for mine ventilator and the wireless communication function is safe and reliable.
