摘要
介绍颜乾麟教授从"湿热"论治糖尿病的临床经验。认为"湿热内蕴"不仅为糖尿病的常见证,更是此病的主要病机;治以当归六黄汤、葛根芩连汤、李氏清暑益气汤等方,配以"三黄"、黄芪-生地、苍术-地锦草药对。
This paper introduces Prof. Yan＇ s clinical experience in differentiating and treating diabetes. It is viewed that ＂retention of damp-heat in the interior＂ is not only the common symptom but also the main pathogen of diabetes. ＂ Dangui Liuhuang Decoction＂, ＂Gegen Qinlian Decoction＂ and ＂Lishi Qingshu Yiqi Decoction＂ can be associated with three kinds of paired herbs.
