促代谢因子(Betatrophin):一种新的活性多肽 被引量:3

摘要 促代谢因子(Betatrophin)主要由肝细胞表达,不仅可以通过抑制脂蛋白酯酶活性而减轻甘油三酯裂解进而升高甘油三酯水平,而且具有促进胰岛β细胞增殖的新功能。Betatrophin作为一种新发现的具有多种功能的活性多肽未来可能作为一个值得研究的心血管疾病药物作用靶点,在心血管及糖尿病研究领域具有重要意义。
