摘要
在煤矿采动区地面煤层气开发钻井下套管过程中,为精确下放生产套管到指定位置,解决钻杆下放生产套管难提钻杆的问题,根据地面井钻井下套管的特点,研制了一套精确下放生产套管装置,较好地解决了精确下放生产套管的问题。在寺河煤矿、成庄煤矿及岳城煤矿地面煤层气开发钻井下套管试验中,煤矿采动影响后该悬挂装置极好地连接了二开套管与生产套管,保持了井身的畅通性,为煤层气抽采提供了保障,取得了较好的效果。
In order to run the production casing to the specified position in the process of ground well drilling and casingrunning of coal-bed methane development in the mining area and solve the difficult problem encountered in production easingrunning and ground well drilling, a set of devices for accurately running the production casing was developed according to thefeatures of ground well drilling and casing running, which better solved the problem of accurately running production casing. Inthe tests of ground well drilling and casing running in Sihe, Chengzhuang and Yuecheng coal mines, this suspension device canconnect the second-section casing pipes and production casing pipes exactly and keep the ground well unimpeded, this thusprovided the guarantee for coalbed methane extraction and better benefits were obtained.
