摘要
在国标基础上,应用过硫酸铵氧化亚铁滴定法测定铬铁中铬。通过对溶样温度、过硫酸铵氧化酸度、氯化钠还原高锰酸后的酸度等影响因素进行了分析后,确定了应用磷酸溶样过硫酸铵氧化亚铁滴定法对铬铁中铬进行分析。该方法分析结果精确度、准确度高,能够满足日常生产需要。
On basis of national standard, ammonium persulfate - ferrous oxide titration method is used to measure the chromium content in ferroehrome alloy. After the influential factors of dissolved sample temperature, ammonium persulfate acidity, acidity after sodium chloride reduces permanganic acid are analyzed, phosphoric acid dissolved sample and ammonium persulfate - ferrous oxide titration method is defined for analyzing chromium content in ferrochrome alloy. This method gives precise and accurate analysis results and can fulfill the routine production requirement.
