经阴道彩色多普勒超声对IVF-ET中子宫内膜容受性的评估价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度及血流情况评价子宫内膜容受性的临床价值。方法以144例行常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的不孕症患者为研究对象,每位患者在胚胎移植(ET)当天采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜厚度和血流参数。比较妊娠组(n=61)和非妊娠组(n=83)子宫内膜厚度和血流参数的差异。结果妊娠组和非妊娠组患者ET日子宫内膜厚度分别为(10.84±2.14)、(10.43±3.23)mm,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在ET日,妊娠组和非妊娠组患者子宫动脉血流搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但子宫内膜下血流的PI和RI,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胚胎移植当日经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫内膜下血流对子宫内膜的容受性具有较好的预测价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonog-raphy in the evaluation of endometrial thickness,blood flow parameters and endometrial receptivi-ty.Methods A total of 144 infertility patients were treated with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Endometrial thickness and blood flow parameters were measured by transvagi-nal color Doppler ultrasound on the day of embryo transfer(ET),and were compared between pregnant group(n=61)and non-pregnant group(n=83).Results Endometrial thickness was (10.84&#177;2.14)mm in pregnant group and (10.43&#177;3.23)mm in non-pregnant group on the day of ET.The difference in endometrial thickness was not significant between the two groups (P〉0.05).In addition,no significant differences in pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of uterine artery blood flow were found between the two groups on the day of ET(P〉0.05).How-ever,PI and RI of endometrial blood flow were significantly different between the two groups (P〈0.05 ).Conclusion The measurement of endometrial blood flow with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable in the prediction of endometrial receptivity.
