本科护生临床实习教学质量综合评价体系的构建 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]构建一个科学、实用、客观的本科护生临床实习质量评价指标体系。[方法]采用文献检索法建立了本科护生临床实习质量综合评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对评价指标进行专家咨询筛查、论证。[结果]确立了本科护生临床实习质量综合评价体系,包含一级指标4个、二级指标20个。[结论]本科护生临床实习质量综合评价体系的建立,可有效提高护生实习质量,为教育管理部门和教师提供全面、准确的信息,为临床教学改革提供可靠的依据。 Obj ective:To construct a scientific,practical and obj ective evaluation index system for undergraduate nursing students’clinical practice quality.Methods:Literature retrieval method was used to establish in clinical practice quality comprehensive evaluation index system for undergraduate nursing students.And the Delphi method was used for expert consultation and screening demonstration of evaluation indexes.Results:Clinical practice quality comprehensive evaluation index system for undergraduate nursing students was established,including 4 first level indicators and 20 second indicators.Conclusion:The establishment of clinical practice quality comprehensive evaluation index system for undergraduate nursing students can effectively improve the nursing students’practice quality.And it can provide comprehensive and accurate information for education authorities,and provide a reliable basis for clinical teaching reform.
