摘要
以硝酸锌、碳酸钠为原料 ,通过在沉淀反应中加入表面活性剂的方法制备出ZnO超细粉体 .讨论了制备过程中Zn2 +浓度、反应物配比、表面活性剂的浓度和种类对ZnO粉体平均粒径的影响 ,并对其作用机理进行了分析 .试验结果表明 :在阴离子表面活性剂的作用下得到的沉淀粒子于 450℃热分解 3h ,得到的ZnO粉体的晶体尺寸约为
Zinc oxide nanoparticles were prepared by using zinc nitrate and natrium carbonate as the starting materials. The crystalloid growth of precipitated zinc carbonate hydroxide precursor was inhabited by adding surfactants during the precipitation process. The effects on the average diameter of ZnO crystals of the Zn 2+ concentration, mixing ratio of reactants and the concentration, the types of surfactants were discussed. The mechanism of inhabitation on the crystalloid growth was also analyzed. The results indicated that the particle size of ZnO at 450 ℃, 3 h was about 50 nm.
