摘要 为实现在途货运车辆的主动安全性和状态记录,设计一种在途货运车辆实时监测系统。系统采用开源硬件Arduino作为主控制器,利用温湿度等传感器作为感知器件,将SD卡作为系统的存储单元,主控制器与感知器件直接通信完成数据收发。通过实验室以及道路实地测试,结果表明,系统在实现人、车、货全方位多数据集中监测的同时,能够对驾乘人员实时预警并完成单车的数据存储,存储单元能为行车以及事故分析提供数据支持。 In order to achieve active safety and state records of intransit freight vehicle,a real-time monitoring system for freight vehicles is designed.Arduino is used as a host controller of the system to integrate kinds of sensors,such as temperature and humidity sensors to detect state of driver,vehicle and goods.The SD card is employed as a storage unit of the system.The host controller communicates directly with all sorts of data acquisition devices to send and receive data .Laboratory and field testing results show that the system can achieve data centralized-monitoring comprehensively including driver,vehicle and goods.Meanwhile real-time alert to driver can be obtained,and the storage unit can provide reliable data to support traffic and accident analysis.
