新型矿用电动阀门自动控制系统设计

摘要 针对目前矿用电动阀门自动控制系统存在可靠性不足、不能实时显示故障原因和运行参数、无主触点是否吸合判断、维修困难等问题,设计了一种新型PLC和触摸屏控制的矿用电动阀门智能监控系统,可实现对电动阀门的各种智能控制、显示、保护等功能及防爆要求。重点阐述其总控制原理,给出监控系统电气原理图、程序设计流程框图和触摸屏界面,分析和说明设计中遇到的各种难点和解决方法。通过实际应用表明,该系统性能先进、安全可靠,满足了煤矿设备自动化生产的需要。 On account of the problems in the automation control system of mine electric valve, including reliability deficiencies, cannot display the fault reasons and operation parameters real time, whether difficult to judge without the contact and maintain, designs the mine electric valve automation intelligent control system of new PLC and touch screen control, realizes the different functions and flameproof of intelligent control, display amt protection. Detailed introduces the control principle, electrical diagram of control system, flow frame diagram of program design and touch screen. Analyzes the different problems and solutions in the design. The application shows that this system performs advance, safe, reliable and meets the automation production requirements of coal mine.
