摘要
本文以润滑油为例,通过实验研究了磁流体密封液体时的界面稳定性。结果表明,磁流体用于液体密封时,其密封寿命不仅与磁流体的特性有关,而且与液-液界面的磁场分布有关。在成功合成与被密封液体不相溶的磁流体的基础上,通过合理布置密封装置的磁场和磁路,可以大大延长磁流体用于旋转轴液体密封的寿命。
The interface stability of magnetic fluid seals have been tested under the condition of sealing oil. The results show that the deterioration of the magnetic fluid depends on the distribution of the magnetic field of the liquid - to - h'quid interface as well as the nature and the combination of the magnetic fluid and the nonmagnetic fluid. On the basis of successfully forming a chemically stable interface with the h'quid to be sealed, the life of sealing liquid is considerable extended by properly arranging the magnetic field and circuit of the sealing facility.
