摘要
试制不同粒径及粒度分布的保护渣颗粒,用强度测试仪和XL30扫描电镜对保护渣颗粒强度、形貌特征及显微结构进行检测,研究保护渣颗粒强度的影响因素。结果表明,0.3~0.6mm保护渣颗粒比率和致密度是影响其强度的主要因素,加入适中的黏结剂和分散剂,可增大0.3~0.6mm保护渣颗粒的比率、改善致密度,从而增大保护渣颗粒总体强度;延长球磨时间,可增大小粒度原料比率及保护渣颗粒强度。
Mould flux particles of different sizes and distributions were prepared ,and the intensity , morphology and microstructure of these particles were analyzed by strength tester and XL 30 SEM to study the factors that affect the intensity of mould fluxes .The results show that ,for mould fluxes with particle size at 0 .3~0 .6 mm ,particle ratio and density are major factors that affect their intensi-ty ,and proper addition of dispersant and binder can improve the particle ratio and density of mould fluxes with particle size at 0 .3~0 .6 mm ,thus raising their overall intensity .It is also found that to prolong ball milling can increase the ratio of raw materials of small particle size and the strength of mould fluxes .
