摘要
生态取向教师专业发展是指将教师的成长植根于专业发展的生境中,通过个体的学习、实践与反思,借助教师社群间的信息传递、合作与竞争、专业技能承接等方式,形成教师之间自然合作的文化氛围,建构起互利共生的教师专业发展的生态圈,促进教师专业发展.生态取向教师专业发展呈现出和谐共生、生命自主、互助合作、持续发展等特征,彰显了整体性、系统性、交互性与生成性等理念.为此,在教师教育的过程中,必须以生态取向教师专业发展的理念为指导,营造良好的教师个体和群体专业发展生态环境,建构动态平衡的教师专业发展生态系统,以促进教师专业发展.
The ecological orientation of teachers'professional development means that teacher training and cultivation is rooted in an ecological environment.Through the study,practice and reflection of the individuals,naturally collaborated culture will be formed with information transmission,cooperation and competition among teachers community.This will also create an ecosystem for mutual benefits to strengthen teachers'professionalism.Ecological orientation reflects the characteristics of harmonious coexistence,independent life,mutual cooperation and sustainable development,presenting a holistic,systematic,interactive and generative concept.At present,teacher education must be based on the idea of ecological orientation in a dynamically balanced system of teachers'professional development.
