摘要
非伦理领导对员工职场非伦理行为的影响可从社会认知、社会学习和社会交换三个不同的理论视角进行剖析。从社会认知视角看,非伦理领导主要通过道德认同和组织氛围两个中介变量影响员工职场非伦理行为;从社会学习视角看,非伦理领导主要通过心理授权和组织政治知觉两个中介变量影响员工职场非伦理行为;从社会交换视角看,非伦理领导主要通过领导-部属交换和组织信任两个中介变量影响员工职场非伦理行为。
The impacts of unethical leadership on unethical workplace behavior can be explored from social cognition theory,social learning theory and social exchange theory. Based on social cognition theory, unethical leadership influences follo-wer' s unethical behavior through moral identity and organizational climate. Based on social learning theory, unethical lead-ership influences follower' s unethical behavior through psychological empowerment and the perception of organizational poli-tics. And based on social exchange theory, unethical leadership influences follower' s unethical behavior through leader-member exchange and organizational trust.
