摘要 腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）是一种严重威胁人类生命的主动脉退行性变。及时发现和治疗是降低其死亡率的关键。AAA的治疗主要是手术治疗。传统经典的开放手术治疗距今（至2014年）已有60余年的历史，1951年，Dubost等首先报道成功实施了AAA切除人工血管移植术。
