摘要
在 40℃、6 0℃、80℃和 10 0℃的热水环境中 ,分别对 Bayer- PC、Japan- PC、Korea- PC三种聚碳酸酯透明板材进行了热水老化实验研究。在老化时间 0~ 2 0 0 h内 ,共取样 9次 ,研究了三种 PC在热水老化过程中的吸水规律、不同热水老化条件对 PC表面微观破坏形貌的影响 ,讨论了 PC热水老化机理。结果表明 :PC的含水量随着时间的延长而增大 ,最终趋于平衡 ;温度越高 ,平衡含水量越大 ;时间越长或温度越高 ,PC吸水试样表面的微缺陷越多 ;由于 PC的水解 ,导致平衡含水量 Mm 和扩散系数 Dx
In the hot water of 40°C, 60°C, 80°C and 100°C, the hot water aging of Bayer-PC, Japan-PC and Korea-PC was investigated. 9 samples were taken during the aging time of 0-200 h. The law of water absorption in the aging and the effects of different hot water aging conditions on the surface fracture appearance of PC were studied. The hot water aging mechanism of PC was discussed. The results show that with the increase of time and temperature, the moisture content increases and goes to get an equilibrium value; the number of microcavity increases progressively with the increase of time and temperature; because of the hydrolysis of PC, the theoretical values of equilibrium moisture and diffusivity are higher than the experimental values.
