不同处理生物基质对矮牵牛出苗及生长情况的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用以玉米秸秆为原料培育的生物基质,分别添加不同比例的花生壳、蛭石配成矮牵牛工厂化育苗的栽培基质,对矮牵牛的出苗率和生长情况进行研究。结果表明:与其它处理相比较,60%的玉米秸秆发酵基质+40%的花生壳,在规定的时间里出苗率最高;在幼苗生长期,植株的鲜重、干重增长最快、最高,根系的生长量也最大;在旺盛生长期,植株的分枝数也最多,分枝长度较长,植株生长旺盛。结论:该基质用于矮牵牛(紫罗兰)育苗,效果最好。 The germination rate and growth condition of petunia hybrida were studied by using the industrial breeding cultivation substrates for the petunia bybrida which mixed with bio-medium of corn straw and different proportions of peanut shells and vermiculite. The results show that:compared with other treatments,the treatment of 60% corn stalk bio--medium+40% peanut shells was the highest germination rate in the stipulated time;During the seedling growth period, plant fresh matter weight, dry matter weight and the root matter weight were all higher than other treatments, and the number of branch was the most and the branch length was longer than the other treatments.. Conclusion: the bio-medium of 60% corn stalk bio-medium + 40% peanut shells was the best substrate to culture seeding offor the petunia hybrida (violet) .
