摘要
目的:探讨眼康法治疗对急性脑缺血再灌注伤康复训练及神经生长因子的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为5组:模型组、假手术组、治疗组(眼康组、单纯康复组、单纯眼针组),采用改良线栓法制作急性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察眼康法治疗对急性脑缺血再灌注伤康复训练及神经生长因子的影响。结果:(1)不同时间点的大鼠康复训练结果显示,随着治疗期时间延长,大鼠的运动能力增强,治疗组的效果明显,其中眼康组效果最佳(P<0.05);(2)大鼠大脑皮质及海马神经生长因子(NGF)的表达,眼康组的表达最多,优于单纯眼针组及单纯康复组(P<0.05)。结论:眼康法能够提高脑缺血再灌注伤大鼠的运动能力,其分子机制可能与大脑皮质及海马区的神经生长因子的表达增加有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of eye acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in treatment of CIR and NGF. Method : The rats were divided into five groups : model group, sham-operated group, therapy group ( eye acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy group, eye acupuncture group, rehabilitation therapy group ). The effect of eye acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy for CIR and NGF was observed. Result: ( 1 )The result from the different time points showed that the activation ability of rats strenghthened along with the prolonged treatment period and the therapy group had an obvious effect and eye acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy group had the beat test result ( P〈0.05 ). ( 2 ) The expressions of NGF in cerebral cortex of eye acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy was higher than that of rehabilitation therapy. Conclusion : Eye acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy group could improve the activation ability of rats. This pathogenesis may be the higher expression of NGF in cerebral cortex.
