摘要
目的:优选糖肾康颗粒水提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以浸膏得率、黄芪甲苷和蜕皮甾酮提取量为指标,对加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为:加水量10倍,煎煮3次,每次1.0h。结论:优选的工艺合理,重复性好,样品质量稳定。
Objective:To optimize the aqueous extraction process of Tangshenkang Granule. Methods: The extraction rate and contents of astragaloside and β -ecdysterone as indexes, the water addition, deeocting duration, times for decoction were optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results:The optimal extraction process was described as follows: refluxing extraction for 3 times and 1.0 hours each time with lO-fold water. Conclusion : The optimized process is reasonable with good repeatability and stable quality in samples.
