急性脑梗死与高敏C反应蛋白水平及颈动脉斑块性质关系的分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析急性脑梗死与高敏C反应蛋白水平和颈动脉斑块性质之间的关系。方法选择2012-01—2014-01在我院住院治疗的60例急性脑梗死患者为观察组,选择56例体检健康者为对照组,对2组患者高敏C反应蛋白进行检测,检查颈动脉斑块发生情况并对比。结果观察组hs-CRP水平及hs-CRP异常率显著高于对照组,且随着病变程度越严重,hsCRP水平越高;观察组颈动脉斑块发生率及IMT厚度显著大于对照组,轻度组中高回声型占比最高,中度组不规则型占比最高,重度组溃疡型占比最高。结论高敏C反应蛋白水平、颈动脉斑块的发生及其性质和急性脑梗死发病、进展过程关系密切,可作为判断脑梗死严重程度的重要指标,有利于治疗方案的确定及预后评估。 Objective To analyze the relationship between the acute cerebral infarction and high-sensitivity c-reactive pro-tein levels as well as the nature of carotid plaques.Methods Sixty cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were the treatment group from January 2012 and January 2014 in our hospital. Fifty-six cases of medical health as the control ;high-sensitivity c-reactive protein were tested in the two groups ,and the carotid plaques of patients in two groups were examined and com-pared.Results Hs-CRP level and abnormal rate of hs-CRP in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ,and the more serious the degree of the disease ,the higher the hs-CRP level was ;The occurrence rate of carotid artery plaque and thickness of IMT of carotid artery in observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group. In mild group ,plaques of high echo type accounted for the highest ratio ;in moderate group ,irregular shape the highest ;and in severe type group ,ulcer type accounted for the highest ratio.Conclusion High-sensitivity c-reactive protein level and the oc-currence of carotid plaques and its nature are closely related with the onset and progress of acute cerebral infarction ;It can be used as an important index to judge the severity of cerebral infarction ,and will be helpful to determine the treatment plan and prognosis evaluation.
