摘要
目的调查并分析新疆某医学院校本科生对考研的认知与态度,探讨合理应对医学生"就业难、考研热"的方法与对策。方法通过自制问卷,采用方便抽样的方法抽取新疆某医学院校7个学院的699名学生进行调查。结果不同学院学生对本专业的满意度差异有统计学意义(χ2=61.94,P<0.001);不同学院学生对考研的认知差异有统计学意义(χ2=38.2,P=0.006);不同学院学生的就业原因差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.28,P<0.001);不同学院的学生是否有考研计划差异有统计学意义(χ2=55.12,P=0.001)。对其中401名有考研计划的学生的调查结果显示:不同学院学生的考研原因差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.25,P=0.005);不同学院学生对考研学校的选择差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.42,P<0.001);不同学院学生对报考院校的了解程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.57,P=0.002)。结论对于医学本科生,应该正确认识本专业当前就业形势,从多渠道了解考研有关的信息,并从自身实际情况出发做出最佳选择。学校应多开展有关考研知识的讲座,向学生传递正确全面及时的信息,有效帮助学生抉择。
Objectives To explore the method and strategy to cope with the difficulty in employment and the crazy for postgraduate for the medical students by analyzing the awareness and attitudes of the undergraduate for postgraduate entrance exams in certain medical university in Xinjiang.Methods 699 students from 7 different schools were sampled by method of convenience sampling,and were survived by self-designed questionnaire.Results Students from different schools had differences in terms of the satisfactions in the majors (χ^2 = 61.94,P =0.000),the awareness of the postgraduate study (χ^2 =38.2,P =0.006),the reasons for employment (χ^2 =46.28,P =0.000)and the plans to prepare for the examination(χ^2 =55.12,P =0.001).Research on the 401 students who were intended to take part in the postgraduate entrance exam showed that there were differences in reasons for postgraduate study (χ^2 =37.25, P =0.005),choices of the graduate university (χ^2 =44.42,P =0.000)and the acknowledgement of graduate uni-versity (χ^2 =47.57,P = 0.002 )among students from different schools.Conclusions The medical undergraduate students should realize the employment situation of their majors,and make the graduate study decision based on sufficient information and individual actual situation.The university should carry out more lectures about the gradu-ate study to provide the overall information for their students.
