摘要
本文对高职院校骨干教师国家级培训项目中的国内培训和企业顶岗培训的开展模式进行了探讨,分析了之前项目开展中的一些不科学之处,并且分别从其培训目标和方案、安排和实施、管理和保障等几个方面进行了分析和探讨,总结了经验教训,提出了建议。
in this paper,the higher vocational colleges national training project in the domestic training and post training model are discussed,analyzed some unscientific in before the project,and the training target and plan,arrange and implement,manage and safeguard etc are analyzed and discussed,summarizes the experience and lessons,puts forward suggestions.
