金属型微精密铸造工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文基于微铸造工艺,采用金属型模具,以锌合金(ZnAl-Cu)为研究材料,应用离心铸造方法制备微尺度拉伸工件。微尺度拉伸工件长度4mm,最小宽度为0.2mm,最小厚度为100μm。最终3个微尺度拉伸工件都没有完全成形,据此,金属型微精密铸造工艺的成形能力亟待提高,各工艺参数还有待进一步改进。
