摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、无水乙醇为溶剂、盐酸为催化剂、聚氧乙烯(4)醚月桂醇为模板剂,利用溶胶-凝胶工艺,通过浸渍提拉法制得超亲水性介孔SiO2防雾薄膜。该薄膜在无光照的条件下就能表现出优异的超亲水性。通过正交试验L9(34)分析了正硅酸乙酯与无水乙醇的摩尔比、搅拌速度、提拉速度、镀膜层数对薄膜超亲水性以及透光性的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:正硅酸乙酯与无水乙醇的摩尔比为16∶150,搅拌速度为20r/min,提拉速度为0.5mm/s,镀膜层数为4层。
A superhydrophilic mesoporous SiO2 thin films, which had antifogging performance without UV or visible light irradiation, was prepared by a simple sol-gel/dip-coating process, using tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source, abso- lute ethanol as solvent,hydrochloric acid as catalyst and polyoxyethylene laurel ether as the template. The influences of the mole ratio of tetraethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethanol, stirring rate, withdrawal rate and the number of coating layer on the superhydrophilicity and transmittance were investigated by L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment. The results showed the opti- mum preparation condition as follow: 16:150 of the mole ratio of tetraethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethanol,20 rpm/min of stirring rate,0. 5 mm/s of withdrawal rate,and 4 layers of coating layer.
