摘要
采用预乳化种子聚合法合成了丙烯酸乳液胶黏剂,讨论了功能单体、乳化剂、引发剂的用量和固含量对乳液性能的影响。用红外光谱仪、粒径分析仪和热重分析仪分别对产物的分子结构、粒径和热稳定性进行表征,同时测定了乳液胶黏剂的冻融稳定性、黏度和表干时间等性能。结果表明:当BA∶ST∶MMA=4∶1∶1,SDBS∶OP-10=1∶2,MAA用量9%,乳化剂用量为3.5%,KPS用量为0.3%,固含量为40%时,丙烯酸乳液胶黏剂综合性能优良。
The acrylic emulsion adhesive was synthesized by the preliminary seed emulsion polymerization process. The effect of the dosages of emulsifier, initiator and functional monomer on the emulsion performance were discussed. The structure of acrylic acid, particle size and thermal stability were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrum,granulometer and thermogravimetric analyzer, respectively. The freeze-thaw stabiity, viscosity and surface drying time of the acrylic emulsion adhesive were also measured. The result indicated that when the rate of BA : ST : MMA was 4 : 1 : 1, the rate of SDBS : OP-10 was 1 : 2, the dosage of MAA, emulsifier and KPS were 9%, 3. 5 %and 0. 3 %, respectively, the solid content was 40% ,the adhesive had excellent comprehensive performance.
