摘要
利用真菌菌丝、阔叶木屑制备菌丝/木屑复合材料,考察了平菇菌丝/木屑、香菇菌丝/木屑2种复合材料的静态压缩、吸声等物理力学性能,并结合FT-IR、SEM对其化学官能团、微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:菌丝/木屑复合材料是一种新型轻质、多孔、可降解木质复合材料;两种菌丝/木屑复合材料,均具有良好的吸声性能和压缩性能。
We investigated the static compression, sound absorption and other physical and mechanical properties of oyster mushroom myeelium/sawdust and mushroom mycelium/sawdust composites, and observed the chemical functional groups and micro-morphology of composites by FT-IR and SEM, respectively. The fnngal mycelium has a polysaccharide structure. Mycelium/sawdust composite is a new lightweight, porous, and degradable wood composites. Two kinds of myceliurn/sawdust composites both have good sound absorption properties and compression performance.
